Took $123.00 out of my account refused to give me full refund even after they saw they made an era

I recently used priceline to bid on a rental vehicle for two dasys on the weekend for a business trip. Priceline successfully took the money out of my account with the stroke of a key once i entered my credity card information. However, when i arrive at the airport, i got dropped off thinking my rental was guranteed because it was a prepaid agreement. The company said they couldnt give me a car. So i was stuck at the airport confused. I kindly demanded that the rental company contact priceline to explain how i could be charged for the car but the rental car company is saying they cant give me a car to contact priceline for a refund. So meanwhile im late for all my events. I used the phone inside the rental car place to contact priceline customer services to explain that i couldnt get a car. Priceline said they made and era so i just asked them to put my money back in my account with the stroke of a keyjust the way they took it oput because i needed it to walk across the street to the rental car company that would rent me the car. Priceline refused to refund me my money right away. I asked them for a courtesy ride back home from the airport due to the era they made and taking all my money leaving me stranded at the airport missing all my events. So at the end of it all. Priceline told me that it would be 5 to 10 buisness days before. I would receive my money back and also priceline only refunded me $100.00 and kept $23.00.. They took out $123.00.. I felt like i had been robbed and basically told by the priceline customer service to start walkin 50 miles to my house from the airport due to a priceline era. I guess i paid $23.00 for my own inconveince and let priceline flip $100.00 for 5 to 10 business days. While meanwhile i start walking home with no money to catch a cab 50 miles. Thanks priceline im sure my $23.00 you stole will help pay for the lawsuit...
