I was mailed a package telling me that I had been chosen for a wonderful vacation in south florida. When I called the customer service rep, he babbled on and on about how wonderful it would be for over an hour before he informed me of the $698 deposit I would have to pay plus a later balance of the same amount. As a student, I was reluctant to do it but he said that I would not be offered the same deal if I called later, so I bought it.

Now, three months later, I find that I will not be able to use the trip at all in the next few years. When I called customer service, I spoke to JACKIE who told me that she was the highest person I could speak with and refused to refund my deposit. After arguing with her I was transferred to her SUPERVISOR, CAPRYCE, who told me the only way I could get my money back, was if I tried to book a date that was unavailable or if I sold the package to someone else.

NOWHERE in the package does it say that the deposit was nonrefundable and I was NOT told that it was nonrefundable when I paid it. If I had been I never would have done it. I hate this company and I plan to tell ANYONE I can what a bunch of con-artists they are.
