I booked a hotel reservation through this company, and with further review of the hotel, found a majority of people who stayed there saying that it was an unsafe location and would not stay there again, and many more complaints of the hotel. So I called the customer service of the company that I booked my reservation through. They stated that it would be $25 processing fee (as the policy DOES state.) But, the policy goes on to say for the type of room that I have reserved, I can get a full refund. Full. Not full minus $25, not full after a processing fee. I'm sure that this is a standard practice of fees, but I believe that the wording in the policy is misleading, and creates a false trust of being able to get a full refund. To me, it was just a shady tactic to ensure my reservation. This is the cancellation policy from their website
