Wow I could never imagine an organization so horrible in my life. My cousin was moving from Florida to Michigan in August. Before the move she called the company for reassurance regarding pickup time, date and how her items needed to be packed, her customer service rep, "Anthony" went through everything.
When the driver showed up a day late and told her she needed thier boxes and that they were going to charge her more since she lived on a 2nd floor she was upset. She called the company to talk it over with them and they were extremley rude... Putting her off to everyother person within the company. The driver even had the guts to ask for a tip. It has now been four weeks since she moved and her stuff STILL HASNT ARRIVED!!! She keeps calling them and all the numbers they had given her either go straight to vm or she is put on hold forever.
We are pretty sure this company either has her stuff held hostage or has stolen it. This is the worst company I have ever heard of, bad customer service, No on time delivery, and jacking up the prices they garuntee so well.

- Yeah right what a joke... We have hired a lawyer but it doesnt mean anything yet. These people are far from professionals and get rich off of making you poor! I would never give these criminals a reqamendation I hope the government gives them what they deserves then sends them back to whatever country they fled from!!
