This company is horrible. We booked them when moving out of New Orleans. They talk a good game, they tell you they have had 3 complaints from the BBB. That is NOT true, that means they have had 3 complaints that they were not able to refute, they have had many more than that. They are NOT movers, the are BROKERS, and once they broker your move, they have NO more responsibility for your move. You pay the a $750 dep that DOES NOT go towards the move, it goes to them only.
They brokered my move to a HORRIBLE company out of Atlanta, GA. They showed up 6 hours late in a UHaul truck. They only worked 3 hours and left, promising to return first thing in the morning. The next day, a different group of people arrived 4 hours later, and packed my stuff in trash bags. When the truck left I honestly didn't expect to get my stuff back.
Top Relocation made promises of discounting the move and that they would handle everything. Of course, when it came time, I could not get them. They refused to handle anything.
The movers broke $1000 worth of stuff. It's been 4 weeks and I have not gotten any of it back.
These people are HORRIBLE. Do not use them.
