Student called Stafford CT Taxi to pick her up at University of Connecticut and drop her off in Enfield CT. This is about a 15 mile trip. The dispatcher quoted her $50. She was picked up by a driver who demanded $90. When she was dropped off. She was scared & did not know what to do so she paid him.
