Called Paddy's Taxi # 706-300-7143 tonight after my car broke down. Very nice lady said it would take an hour so I told her I would try another cab. She apologized and was very sweet.
I then called Paddy's Taxi #404-606-5499 and was told by the guy that answered that he would pick me up in "about 15 minutes".
No one showed. 40 minutes later I called back and the dispatcher basically told me that I was lying. That no one told me that they would pick me up in 15 minutes and that he had told the driver not to drive up to the Daswonville outlet mall and pick me up because it was too far.
No one ever called to let me know they were not coming. The Dispatcher never apologized and was rude. I am a business owner myself and thought you would like to know how your customers are being treated. Both the good first call and the inexcusable second call. Thanks for letting me vent!
