I called the company 3 hours in advance for a taxi pick up at 5 P.M. For my appointment and the taxi driver was arriving at 5:15 P.M. He was 15 minutes late.
- He put the radio on very loudly.- He he lower the radio b/c he answered his cellular phone.- He was on the phone the whole trip which took about 50 minutes because we arrived at the destination at 6;05 pm.- He was punching on the address that we're going to after pressing the taxi meter and the taxi is not moving. - He did not buckle up his safety belt until he saw the flashing light of a police car which was a good 30 minutes after he picked us up.- He was punching in the GPS system while he's on the cellular phone and the car was driving on the HOV lane. He was going about 40-50 miles an hour at that point.- He was making a comment when I use my credit card and asked if I have cash.-I gave him a tip any way but I need to make this complaint because it is unsafe, rude and unprofessional.
Thank you for listening and I hope the company will take better precaution of the way their driver behave in front of the client. It is unsafe and make me nervous the whole trip.
