I went to their sales pitch back in June in Indianapolis and fortunately did not buy their "product" for the same reason many have stated—you can find the same prices on many of the travel websites. However, I did get the certificate for the "free" 8 day/7 night cruise and 2 roundtrip airline tickets to anywhere Southwest flies. After 4 attempts to get my free cruise and VIP Travel Reservations never being able to "find availability, " I am requesting a refund of my deposit. Time will tell if I actually get the refund. If not, I will be contacting the BBB, the Attorney General's office, Dateline NBC and possibly a class action lawyer.
