I had been respsonsible for arranging 8 areas for 8 households at this resort. Friday and saturday night stay. Coming friday night in the lodge, the terrible odor created one family leave and another request a room change... The rude front desk clerk was no help whatsoever. The smell was in the outdoor pool getting over a foot of stagnant water throughout, garbage all around the location, and not being cleaned. You can not go outside your room without obtaining a queezy belly. One-family refused to remain. All of the others reported the whole weekend! It had been uncomfortable that i had been the person who made the reservations and noticed remarks all weekend-long! I attempted seeking a reimbursement throught administration in the area? A nehal r dalwadi. All i acquired was a letter saying sorry but nothing about my request a reimbursement. I attempted faxing and calling but haven't received any response. ... Among our visitor quit the resort and remained elsewhere! One visitor needed to transfer areas! We'd to contact the leading table to request roll-away mattress to become eliminated 2 times! And also the individual at the front end desk was RUDE. Upon check-out myself and another visitor had our statement screwed and and needed to work-around looking to get a credit to the cards! I had been not likely to protest before all of the households when I happened accountable for acquiring these areas! I attempted to contact many times and also the supervisor wasn't available that's why I sent. Once the supervisor did contact I really could not comprehend something she said. (Our work is inthe procedure for planning thru a combination and that I DON'T have use of reply my desk telephone and may not speak that's means I attempted to complete thru fax and sometimes even email that we did provide her my mail address. I approached also ChoiceHotels since which was were I'd all of the concerns plus they returned immediately and stated they'd contact the resort straight of course if she might nto fulfill me to tell them. Used to do not experience I'd to obtain them engaged again. Which maybe I do.
May/05 jls bbb customer denies company' ultimate present: fitzpatrick household did leave each day early!!! They'd have gone that night but arrived late!!! Dynis family did request another room and received another space!!! The odor was so bad you can smell it from any area within the inn!!! Whenever you walked at night share you can see the garbage and standing watar which was causing the smell!
The info this hotel provides isn't correct!!! It's getting very unsettling that they're not acccepting responsibility!!! I'm willing to take further action now due to their unwillingness. Ican obtain claims from all 10 households...
