To get you to the presentation you are offered two free airline tickets. They forget to tell you about the deposit sending requests certified mail and other restrictions. The second free gift takes $14.95 postage. Next if they know your unhappy with a timeshare, they have a company that sells them for great prices within 30 days. They even sell them back to the original seller at or above your cost. Next you sign a contract and make a deposit but if after reviewing the material you are unhappy, you can cancel in three days. We went to a presentation 7/1/07, Sat. They were closed Sun, Mon & Tues because of the 4th of July and didn't answer their phones. We wanted to cancel but when they were finally open again we were told TOO LATE. And given the run around. The sure thing timeshare sale cost $195 but NO sale.
All the great locations and these fantastic prices aren't available and the vacation that could be carried over to future years became a use it or loose it each year situation. We finally discovered if you want to book something you have to do this at least 120 days in advance. Their great cruise and airline tickets can be purchased elsewhere much cheaper. There are many more great stories told but all in all the company is nothing more than an expensive scam.
