We remained one-night as of this resort and after looking at my buddy observed a cost to his charge card for $40.00. He named the franchisel operator/manger concerning the cost and he or she mentioned it had been as a result of curtain pole being damaged. I told her that there is no harm and requested her to get rid of the cost and he or she declined and he or she hung-up the telephone! I named her back and he or she stated "you are not likely to obtain the solution you need" and hung-up the telephone again! We're along the way of processing a little states match against her. I also created a proper problem to La Quinta Corp. However they were no aid at-all! I'll never remain in a La Quinta Hotel again!
