Very bad customer service & too willing to over-charge ripoff

My wife and I decided to stay at La Quinta Resort & Spa, owned by Hilton, for her birthday.
I paid in advance for 2 night which was $651.00

We ended up checking out a night early for other reasons but once i received the bill for all the room and other usage fees I noticed they charged me for a third night at $295 plus another $50 for a early check-out fee. I was told that the $295 was a mistake and they would credit me back, but 3 weeks later and 4 follow-up calls no credit was received for the $295 error. Finally on the fifth call I got someone to issue me a credit back to my Visa.

This was only the tip of the iceberg with this so called "Resort" many other issues came with our stay. For an example my wife booked a spa appointment that happened to be a special mid-week price, but was charged full price, about double the special price. Everyone was very rude at this facility and I strongly advise seeking out the many other nice places to stay in the area.
