Rip off!
Was promised $25 off next hotel booking for taking their hotel survey; however, when I contacted them in a final attempt to get the discount, I was transferred many times with each one saying they did not know about the discount and transferring to someone else. After being on the phone for over 45 minutes, I gave up and have not been contacted since. (I suspect it is their method for getting rid of customers when they try to collect the $25 discount!)
