Bought a Vacation after getting a phone call from this company. Every time we try to book it the ship (which is the main reason we bought it) had problems. Once it was suddenly dry docked 2 weeks before we were going to leave on our DREAM vacation. We recieved a call left on our answering service informing us of that.
We called and the rep tells us that we can go on another ship (to a place we had already been) if he can find us a room. When we asked for a refund he said this was impossable and only would give back our port charges. Prior to this we tried to book several times and were told that they were full, ect...
We have been trying to book this since 2004 and it is 2008.in Nov. 2007 we tried again to book and were told that Carnival wasn't running a ship from Dec 17th thru Jan 2. I find that amazing that a cruise line didn't have a Christmas Cruise. On Jan 11th I tried again holding on to the phone almost 30 minutes before giving up. This is so stressfull getting your vacation lined up and to have it stomped again and again. I have spent approx 10 hours or more on it. Sure wish I was getting paid for my time. All I want is my $898.00 back! They can keep the interest it has drawn for 4 years.
