Back in January of I bought a vacation package from this company after receiving an e-mail for a cruise for only $199.
When I called, the representative then informed me it was $199 per person. This was very reasonable. I bought two packages to the tune of $796 for four people so that we could have two cabins on the ship.
The only complaint I have since I have taken several of the trips that were included, (3 nights in Vegas, 2 night Bahama cruise, 2 nights Ft. Lauderdale) is that the accomodations at the hotels are substandard and that the Timeshare presentations I had to attend on all the trips were half-day, not just the 90-minute to 2 hours I was told.
When I asked to leave the presentation in Ft. Lauderdale after 3 hours, the man was very rude and would not let me go until I got very rude. Then he threatened me with security and claimed to be from a different company than Ramada Plaza and stated that he had not promised me anything. He lead me to believe I would not get my cruise voucher for my cruise that was scheduled for the next day.
I finally just left and went to the welcome desk where I had checked in and they gave me my cruise voucher for the ship the next day. This Timeshare presentation and the one in Las Vegas as part of this package was high pressure, unlike any other I've attended and I take these sort of trips often and know what to expect.
All in all, the trips have been worth what I paid and still have the second package to use in Las Vegas and both packages for Puerto Vallarta.
I have learned through this experience to be rude much earlier into the Timeshare presentation on the next trip and get out of there a lot sooner.
