Ramada Plaza Resorts Orlando, Ft. Lauderdale Vacations ripoff by the Ramada Plaza Resorts. I was told that it would be a 3 night cruise on the Carnival. However, each time I call back it was a for a different cruise and for a different period of time. Since I couldn't pay in full, I arranged a month payment with them for 6 months. AFter the 6 months, I called back and they balance had in fact increased to $698 when it should be around $300.
I received a coupon for $1600 dollars off on 4night cruise on the Carnival to the Bahamas. It sounded like it was a great deal at the time. However I was soo wrong. I put $350 down and arranged a monthly payment of $58.13 for six months. AFter that 6 months, I called back and they told me that I still owe them more money of $698. I was furious and demanded a refund for the misleading information. They wouldn't give me a refund and tried to get me to "extend" the vacation package for two more years for $89. This company is scam and they won't refund any money. When you try to make a payment off your cruise package, the amount doesn't reflect on your current balance, instead, they tell you that you owe them even more money.
