Easymilitarytravel.com is the biggest ripoff ive ever had to experience. My husband and I needed fast flights for a few weeks ahead and wanted to go through a travel agancy so we could make payments on our trip. They told us that they only went through Continental Airlines for there tickets and would promise the chepest rates... After some searching the agent pulled up 2 round-trip tickets for $579 per passenger through continental airlines and a $175 Tax and Fee. Which would put us at a total of $1334 and we have 24 months to pay it off. So with the Finance charge of $238 OUR TOTAL is: $1572. For 2 tickets. WHAT!!!?!?!?! Seeing that I needed the tickets and had no way of getting the tickets right now... I signed the contract. Today I went to Continental airlines.com and looked up my exact flight and they were now selling the SAME tickets for $350.40 a passenger. I called continental airlines and asked for a receipt of my flight (with the price details) and come to find out Easymilitarytravel.com only paid $700.80 for BOTH tickets... And has now charged me $871 MORE. Where in the hell did is that extra money coming from??? Ive been on the phone all day with the airline and the bank and easymilitarytravel.com the only people that have not called me back is easymilitarytravel.com. I have gotten,
"We have turned your file over to our supervisor who is looking into it now... You will get a call today from our supervisor sometime after lunch"... Okay that was a 9am this morning.
"He is in a meeting" they have told me.
I know for damn sure that you meeting didnt take all day. Its now 3:30pm!!! Where is my phone call. I have called several times today to reassure them that I am still waiting. All I can say about this is I may end up cutting my losses and having to pay what is on my contract; But I will NOT pay it not knowing where my extra $871 went... And telling everyone about this company and how HORRIBLE THIS COMPANY IS. The biggest mistake I have ever made. Do not use this company!!! Its a total waste. Im still in the dark!!
