I signed up for a Chase Continental Credit card in July expecting to receive 20,000 bonus Onepass miles. Chase credited me for 15,000. I called several times and each time someone said they would take care of the problem. Now they are denying that I signed up using a 20,000 bonus offer. I used a link from a Continental email to sign up. It was under the widely publicized 20th anniversary Onepass "birthday" celebration.
