Resort was TERRIBLE!!! The issues using the space were: NO DOORKNOB ABOUT THE DOOR ONLY A LARGE HOLE WHERE THE DOORKNOB OUGHT TO BE. We talked to the director about that who said he'd show up and have a look at it which he did and his reply was: yes, you're correct there's no doorknob... Bath experienced chips in tub and moldly caulking, filthy underneath mattress (we'd to determine beneath the sleep to take out childs sleep, space was filthy and wasn't washed, required an area for 3 people what we got was a queensize bed along with a take out childis trundle bed. We'd to get the queen sized bed and move it from the wall and put the nightstand within the wardrobe simply to get the childs trundle bed out. They promoted free complimentary parking on-site. Whenever we asked about the parking we were told the free parking was everywhere around the street should you may find a location. We were told we may park in a town parking lot but we'd to pay for the standard fee the city costs. Hotels.com was approached the moment I returned home from my moves. To express that that bedding choices aren't assured is absurd. After I guide an area for 3 people good sense might claim you will see enough bedding for 3 people and never a Queen-Sized Bed along with a child’s mattress. We didn't take a look at early because there is NO OTHER AREAS to remain and we'd have now been billed for that room regardless!!! Hotels.com realizes that there might be instances when the home might not meet up with the objectives of the mission and could result in their discontent

Nevertheless

I don't genuinely believe that OUR objectives of:

A doorknob, and not simply a hole in the door in which a doorknob use to become

A clean-room,

An area big enough for 3 people,

Ad on hotels.com site that provides free complimentary parking on-site only to be informed parking is truly about the street that's when you can find parking!!!

And last but not least your bathroom that doesn't have mold growing throughout it…….

Is asking to much.

After many attempts to solve this problem hotels.com ultimately provided a measly $100.00 that we did decline
