We were caught in the scam too. We were offered an free flight for two to Hawaii, and a 3 night stay in their hotel on a oceanfront hotel, or one bedroom condo. So we went to an 90 minute presentation for a time share. Which we have been successful before with other timeshare presentations. So we went to Napa Ca. From Sacramento, and sat through the presentation to receive the forms to fill out with our available dates and sent $100. We then got the letter explaining if we wanted a longer vacation it would cost $1095-$1395 for a week instead of the 3 day excursion. With that letter we also got for the first time the email address which I then found you all there with the same complaints. Tell me if any of you have successfully got their deposit back?
