Castle Resorts International (or Corporate Resorts International) sent me a contract the stated they would rent out my timeshare, but I had to pay an administrative charge. The contract stated that I would be refunded 100% of the charge if the timeshare was not rented out within 180 days. I did not recieve a single phone call or email once they recieved my payment.
The unit did not sell in the promised time and I received a call telling me that I would not get my money back becuase they ran out of money. Out of the goodness of their hearts they are keeping the units for sale. Unfortunately this is not my choice. I want the money back and don't want my time share listed with them anymore.
I never recived one offer from them!
They are impossible to get on the phone and in my opinion only inteded to rip me off from the beginning.
Walter Fowler lied as well as I did one day get him on the phone. "personally guaranteed" my money back. Never heard from him again.
I am still hoping to get my money, but doubt that I will ever see it again.
