I requested an on-line quote from their internet cite. I received it on Friday evening. I emialed them back and asked them to put a hold on the cabin I was interested in and gave them my home number to call me to finish the booking.
No one called me, so Saturday morning I call to pay for the cruise and was given a higher price. This is prime example of the bait and switch deal. I have left several messages for their Supervisors, Manager and even the owner and no one will respond
