Do not book anything through Hawaii Travel Network, or DBA Top-10-Hawaii LLC. If you want to go on a cruise, book a hotel, or a flight book through your desired company directly. HTN is working as an agent for several companies for Hawaii based travel, however their contracts have NOT been renewed with several companies yet they still are taking reservations and charging peoples credit card, but not providing the goods and NOT issuing refunds. If you are waiting for a refund from these guys, file a dispute with your credit card.
I booked a whale watching cruise for Atlantis Adventures through HTN and immed. Cancelled it after reading bad reviews on them. I received a cancellation email immed. I received my credit card statement as sure enough there is a charge for $479.00. I called HTN who transferred me to their accounting guy, who's voicemail is full. Not a good sign. I have a dispute filed with my credit card now.
According to Atlantis Adventures, they have NOT renewed their contract with HTN and people are supposed to call Atlantis directly to book a cruise on their Navatek boat. What is misleading, is www.navatek.Us goes to a HTN website. Why doesn't AA order HTN to take down the domain www.navatek.Us since HTN is no longer supposed to be booking cruises through them?
Hawaii Travel Network has a nice website but is is misleading. Several Hawaii travel agents and local experts are urging people to avoid this company.
