Originally booked $1980 dollar worth of package 2007 march, unfortunately I had to cancel and got only partial back. The travel agency have wrote me a email stating air line tickets are non-refundable but changeable. I agree to that. Now I am trying to rebook my tickets they are charging me $1790 on top of $1300 credit I have, unbelieveable so I check with NWA (Northwest airline) they have estimated $400 round trip ticket per person now totals upto $930 plus tax. Enough to cover with my $1300 credit, but travel agency is telling me that they can't book that because the class of airline is differs from the original airline tickets. They have told me that I agree to pay what ever the difference when I first cancelled. I have the statements which the travel agency wrote to me in email, none of them includes any statements like that. Now travel agency is refusing to give me refund or rebook my original credit I have. They are refusing any calls and put me on a block list.
This travel agency is scam. Whom ever read this and have gone through what I have gone through I feel sympathy for you.
I need help someone that would fight for me (for the little guy)
