I called this same number to pre-pay for a vacation ($400) back in approx. October and was told that I have 18 months to book my vacation as long as I book it 45 days prior to my expiration date which is April 11. When I called back in Oct there were only a couple places available and none of them were places I want to travel. Jamaica, Hawaii, and Cancun were supposedly all booked up. When I called back in Jan I was then told that every month; Feb, Mar, and April were peak periods and would run me an additional $300 per room and still not Jamaica, Hawaii available.in fact I was told they were not booking Jamaica right now because of customer complaints (whatever that meant).
I was offered 2 options: Pay an additional $300 by 4/11 to receive an additional 6 months to book my trip or $400 to extend it for 1 year.
I was also told now that I would have to travel by my April 11 expiration date, when originally I was told I had to book it 45day prior to the expiration date. TOTAL SCAM! And the people you speak with are very unprofessional. Any advice on how I can obtain a refund please let me know.
