I booked a refundable flight using Orbitz and they offered an "attraction/Service" for pre-paid parking at PCA in Phoenix, AZ. Two days later, I had to cancel the flight and found out then that the "attraction/Service" is not refundable. I went back to their web page and after much searching, I found, as the last sentance in a long document, only accessed by clicking on [more], a statement that this service is "non-cancelable".
Nothing on the first page, where you select the service, or on the document (certificate) you print out, showed anything about this. Attempts to get it reconcilled have been fruitless. I get a call center where no one speaks good English and calls to the headquarters only gets you to the same call center.
Needless to say, I will find another company to book my flights with from now on and I recommend you do the same.
