I purchased a VIP gold membership timeshare in Hawaii from Fairfield Resorts around December and was trying many many times since then to book a trip back to Hawaii for and even 2010 and it returned resort not available. I tried different dates and still return with no resorts available.
I am concerned about this timeshare thing because the purpose of my purchasing this timeshare is to go back to Hawaii with my family to visit and see friends and family. I am paying $425 plus maintenance fee of $132 every month and it is going to be for 10 years.
I regret that I signed the contract to get into this timeshare thing and very disappointed that I do not get to go to where I want to go and even the dates I want to go. After returning with no resorts available for those dates, I turn around and called the resort or the hotel and found out that there are plenty of rooms in those hotels for those dates I enquired. I think I am getting myself into some kind of fraud and rip off here. I need a way out of this nightmare.
