My girlfriend's grandmother purchased airline tickets through this company to come to Ohio to visit. She told them specifically that she wanted a 3 day visit with her flight leaving on Sept 18th. She is here and just pulled out her itinerary from the agent and her flight back is on the 25th. I actually found this site while trying to find the phone number of the agent, seeing as it wasn't listed anywhere on the paperwork.
We ended up having to call one of her Grandma's friends and she couldn't find it listed in the phone book, so she made other calls including 411 which couldn't find the listing. After a call to another friend who used them before, we got a phone number.
We called with the issue and the lady retorted that grandma had specified the 25th as her departure date, so to avoid confusion, we handed the phone to grandma who told her that she had told them 3 days and to that, they hung up the phone on her. We've now called back and after the person letting the phone ring for a very long time, they answered and told us to call back in half an hour, cause they need to call the airline.
This is where we stand now and I'll update if this ride through travel hell gets any worse.
By the way, the name of the person who sold her the ticket is initialed as JR and is a woman. I found this site due to a report on a J Roca travel agent... Go figure!!!
