I booked and purchased 2 airline tickets in January to fly in July. When I checked on this flight, so we could have someone possibly accompany us I find the destination city is no longer serviced by the airline. Wholesale Travel Center had and has our contact information, nothing was communicated to me. Once I foudn this I called, was put on hold for 15 minutes. I then tried again and was told that I had to call back tomorrow and speak with a suprevisor. I then indicated how unhappy I was and they hung up on me.
I contact the airline and they were very very helpful and offered to refund our money, re-book a flight to a close destination on their airline or re-booked our flight on another airline. It is a different time and day. However, I am most grateful for their accommodations and professionalism.
DO NOT do business with Wholesale Travel Center. I understand how airline have recently changed where and when they are flying but to not contact a client is un called for and unprofessional. Let alone the way in which I was treated when calling.
