I purchased a timeshare in and paid for it in full, when i bought this headache. I ended up getting it in a divorce [ lucky me huh]. I started getting letters from concord and thought it was junk mail, until i finally opened one. I discovered i was in collection for a maintenance fee. Of witch, i paid in full at that time. I was told several times that i couldnt give it back [ for nothing of course] i tried to sell it and, the best offer i got was i give them 2000$ and they take the headache. I finally got permission to give it back [ deed back]. From mr crosser. Nothing was owed for anything when i did this. It ended up on my credit report as a voluntary reposesion and transunion showing around 500$ still owed. This is untrue. I sent mr crosser an email and he says it is supposed to be a voluntary surrender! Can anyone tell me how something thats completely paid for is a surrender?
