I hate six flags! I took a trip with my friend to visit and it was horrible! I have been to both ones in valencia, CA and then one in houston! In Houston, a guy wouldnt give me a refill for a souveneir cup i bought (10 dollars!!!) because another employee didnt give me a wristband! When i asked to speak to the manager, he was also rude and they both made fun of me and said my problem was "stupid" and to "get over it". There were no other places to speak to people about this or any guest relations.
In california, it made me really "safe" when the operators of Deja Vu were playing over the loudspeaker, making fun of each other and telling us how much they hate their job. Im only 19 and i know how unprofessional this is, and i was certain if any managers heard this, they'd be fired on the spot. Basically everyone looked miserable and took it out on me, and ill never go back again.
