I received the flyer on the fax at work. I called and decided to try their offer, in June at the cost of $315.00.
I received the packet in the mail and finally decided to book a cruise to try out their services. I booked for September and upgraded to enclude a room at the wharf the day before and the day after the cruise. When confirming jennifer asked if i wanted to upgrade my hotel to closer to the beach, which i did. I sent in a payment of $318.00 for port fees, ect and another check for $543.00 for the hotel upgrade and the day before and after the cruise. My husband had a test and the hospital on August 14th, and ended up having quaddruple heart bypass surgery. I callled and cancelled the trip and jennifer said she would take care of it. I really didn't think anymore about it, until I decided to take my grandchildren to Disney World in March. My husband was still not able to travel, so Jennifer said to tell Sunterra properties (which i had to tour) that I was divorced and had a friend with me. She booked the trip (with an upgrade to a suite), of course, and asked which hotel I wanted and emailed a list to choose from. I chose one and sent her the money. We did go, but our hotel was not the one we choose or a suite, (have since recieved a refund) and free tickets to Disney World nerver were received. Now I need to find a way to get the money for the cruise that I never took. I have sent letters and emails to no avail. I have tried to call but never can get throuhg to either Jennifer or Hollie both of whom I have talked to in the past. I'm very dissatisfied with the service they provided and I will never use a service like this again. It's not worth the time and aggravation I have had to go thorugh. They get their money upfront and I'm sure I will ever see mine again. My advice to anyone is to make your own arrangements to make sure you get confirmations, so you can check them out prior to arriving.
