On Friday April 21 our display material was due to arrive at The Flamingo Hotel in Las Vegas. It was shipped directly to the hotel in care of our convention. The hotel refused the shipment.
After admitting to the mistake, they still refused to reimburse us for the extra freight charge we paid to guarantee the material arrive.
We probably lost close to $50,000.00 in sales due to their indifferent employees. I would especially like to mention Keith Weinberg as being a candidate for poor management International. Of course the general manager Tonya was running a close second.
