Ripoff, except my check for room deposite, went out of business and did not receive vacation or refund

I was given a mini vacation when i bought into rci timeshare. I filed with mine vacations for a 2 night, 3 day vacation to sc.

They sent me a appliaction for the days i wanted and requested a fifty dollar room deposite that wood be refunded when we got there.

They sent me a paper to verified the dates i wanted saying that it could not be in the middle of the week. It had to be thur throught fridsy or monday through wednesday. I was to called this number 1-800-705-5578, but you would only get a message that all lines were business try again. After several weeks of trying i sent them back the request with the dates wanted, but with no respond

I latter sent a letter regiestated and was returned un deliverable. I logged on to minvacatinsinc.com to find that they were out off busness.

Please help me get my vacation, or at least my deposited back.
