Mini Vacations Inc. Promised a mini vacation in Daytona Beach FL. I was to send them a $50 refundable deposit which would be refunded to me when I listend to a sales pitch on Shared Time vacation. They then sent a form letter of cancelation of the vacation and did not return the $50 deposit that was made to them. I check my bank records and the check made out to Mini Vacations was cashed by them.
I sent a certified letter to them which they received and signed for requesting by deposit back. Mini Vacations did not respond in anyway.
I tried calling them to talk to a representive but never got more than a recording saying to call back that all the lines were buzy.
After I booked the vacation and they said they had room and received my deposit I then purchased airline tickets for my wife and myself. I thought everthing was all set, little did I know that I was being ripped off by Mini Vacations, Inc.
