Tried to cancel vacation package before the seven day time period was over. They say no refunds. But it is clearly printed in the terms of service.
It states: this offer supercedes all other representations made in regard to this offer, verbal or written. Ther purchaser has full right to cancel his/her order at no penalty within seven days from the initiation of their order. Cancellation will revoke all benefits. The package is non refundable 7-days after the order date unless otherwise provided for in writing.
I tried to cancel three days after signing up and they refused refund. I need help please.
