We were trying to plan a trip to Disneyworld and we told them we didn't want to pay for it all up front, and they took our deposit and then told us that we were not guaranteed the room we chose, that we would have to pay the full amount up front if we wanted it, and it still was not a guarantee, cause she never did say their was a room available. We told them to cancel and not to reserve any room for us and they did it without our knowledge, so now they have over 400 of our money and plus another 99 which was to be cancelled and returned into our acct already, so here they charged us twice, not once, without authorization to do so, we will be filing charges against them with an attorney, due to them taking our money without our knowledge, that is stealing. Everyone, please do look out for this company, they will do it to you too. Tell you one thing and do another. And charge your charge card without you knowing..
