Two weeks ago, I contacted MVI Marketing by phone. I explained that I was not able make a reservation to travel, and I wanted a refund on my $100 "good faith" deposit. The representative asked for my certificate number, which is 104528 1 A. Then I was given the number 813-769-4203 to request my refund, since that was the department to handle it. I had to call between the hours of 9:00 and 5:00. I was able to get home from my job in time to call today (2/15). I was not able to get through, so I decided to look up the website again to use the initial phone number I used to contact someone. That's when I discovered the other links that reported this company out of business! I want my $100 back! Even though I never made the trip, I am still entitled to the $100, which I would have gotten back anyway (or so the company's guidelines claimed) after the trip was made!
