This company is extremely fraudulent. They take $200.00 off the top of each sale made by the employee. When asked why they were taking the money, employees were told they were "marketing" fees, the site VP also added "don't worry about things you can't change". Upon further review, it has been discovered that this is actually a reserve charge, used in the event that an employee decides to leave the company after being paid for a deal which cancels. Okay, understandable. The reason they've been so tight-lipped about this process is because upon termination/leaving the company, employees are supposed to receive this money back. Surprise, Fairfield keeps the money. This company is ripping off employees to the tune of hundreds of thousand of dollars. Can you say "class action lawsuit"? I can. There's another employee who has listed her email address so that we can ban together and get our money!
