Fairfield Degrading to Employees and Liers to Buyers

Stay away from this company!!! They had to change their name from Fairfield to Wyndham because of a law suit for over selling. This company degrades their employees by yelling at them (DAN!!!). Dan is a joke of a manager that will put people on numbers (this means that you have to sell the next five tours or you are fired) if he does not like the way they look or act. Employees are supposed to take tours based on the amount of sales they have had. Dan will "adjust" the board/list so that his team can go out first. Ask anyone that has previously worked at Wyndham Smokey Mountains about Dan. He has a very bad reputation in the timeshare industry. Jim Ace and Pierre are supposed to be the people running the sales center, but they aren't any better than Dan.

Jim, Pierre, Dan, and the trainer Mark tell the employees to tell the tours that they cannot get their gifts unless they fill out the credit application. Sounds odd right??? They also bump any package you buy up to vip for two years. After the 2 years is up, you go back to the small package that cannot get you anywhere. Stay away from this company. If you have purchased anything for them (especially if it has Dan or Pierre as the TO), cancel it!!! You have 10 days...
