Bank of America did not pay overtime to their employees, and when employees won a class action law suit, they somehow manage to figure out away to cheat them out of thousand of dollars, by their clever way of saying, that their grade did not qaulifly them to be paid overtime.
The other way they cheat their employees is after an employee files a workmens comp they take away their job and grade to make them so unhappy they will leave, no matter what condtion Bank of America leaves them in. Bank of America is a very ruthless company.
They do not want any employees that are old or injured and are more then happy to put the screws to them, after they have used and abused them.
