I purchased a trip for my wife and I in the first part of the year, communication with this leach (Patricia Anderson) was great until she got my money. I got three e-mails, one which included a very nice looking trip plan.
After not receiving tickets/package info I call airlines and found that she had cancelled trip. I contacted her twice more and was given some B. S story and the last e-mail that I received was on 12/19/05 that Bear Country was filing bankruptcy.
My wife and I are going on our trip and not going to let a bottom feeding scummbag like this ruin our honeymoon.
