Was offered a holiday pack and paid via credit card. Told can get refund if change of mind. When asked for refund was promised within 30 days.
This has been since the month of September. I have been trying to get my money back since August but has been turned around and spoken to many different persons.
Haven't received my refund neither have I received the so-called holiday package that was suppose to arrive in the mail within 10 days.
I just want my money back.
