Ripoff Sent in my voucher with money. For airline tickets. They cashed my check and I have not heard anything from the company. No ticket? Where are they?

I feel like I have has money stolen from me. Have not seen any airline ticket or vouchers for the tickets. I want to know where my money went. The check has cashed but no tickets. Cashed it 2 weeks ago.
