I have been since February trying to get a refund, I have sent a letter and they said they had not received it, I call every month to get it off and is all ways told the same thing will take it off, then the next month it still has not been refunded the has been going on since Feb, Ther was 2 charges of of $50.00 and One of 70.00 I could not get on the web sight, when I would call for help I was told I took it oh the Internet so I would have to sove my Problems there. I get all kinds of promises but no action.
I talked with a mr Hughs and he assured me it would be taken care of and that has not happen yet. I feel I have waited long enough to get my money
