Two rooms were booked by a business account and were to be billed on that account, and were paid for.
I come home to find the hotel has billed TWO rooms to my personal account; two rooms to my collegue's personal account and that our company has already paid for the two rooms. Each room cost $1241.72. The hotel was paid for the rooms three times each room totaling over $7000 in mistakes.
Flipping our personal accounts, and lives, upside down to the tune of $2400 each. I have a business to run and now I can't even put gas in my trucks because of some genius behind the counter.
After the NSF/OD Fees incurred by myself from my bank, totaling over $600 and still climbing, I am more than slightly pissed at this hotel's policies and procedures. They never contacted me about the charges, I signed for nothing and they still believe they have the right to place all of us on their "Blacklist", which i confirmed.
Not one of my 27 clients that use their hotel about 14 times a year will be using their services again, totaling their losses over $240,000 in business. I have placed this hotel on our BlackList and hope you, as a potential victim, do the same.
