WLI Reservations has been deducting $9.00 from my account for the past four months. I don't know how they got my information. I have emailed them and asked them to cancel my membership and I received an email from them stating that they have no record of my account.
If I have no account with them how is it that they are able to deduct this money from my checking account? I don't remeber signing up for anything of this nature.
