I booked a hotel room with priceline.com and a month later had a $9 charge from a company called WLI*Reservationrewards.
According to WLI*Reservationrewards, my credit card number, billing address and other personal information was passed to their company by Priceline.com.
According to the company, there was a $10 "coupon" I "opted" to take by entering my email address and that email address allegedly "constituted an electronic signature".
However, when booking my room online with priceline.com I avoided all "offers" — meaning this company recieved the information from priceline.com without my authorization.
