They sold me a vacation package without telling me vital information about the vacation. They dont tell you that you must be 23years old, and you must have a income of 50000USD.
On the package it says refunds are accepted within 30 days, and when i sent my package and called for my refund they said they would refund me, but they never did it. Then i called again and they said they would, but never did it. Then i called for a 3rd time and the lady kept hanging up on me when i told her my name. I even personally spoke to the manager and he even confirmed that i will get a refund and i haven't recieved it yet.
Luckily my visa company is trying to take care of it. They still haven't given me my refund even though they got there package back. If i dont get my refund back im going to take major legal action.
